Deposit for an Apartment Package

You are paying a DEPOSIT to HOLD your beef.

You pay $14.40 per pound packaged weight ($420-$500). This is for both premium cuts and everyday cuts, a GREAT way to buy beef.

This package includes 30 pounds of assorted cuts of beef, including the cuts described below:

1. Premium cuts

The most tender and juicy steaks everybody loves most. (2 steaks per pack)

• Prime Rib Steaks OR T-Bone / Porterhouse Steaks

• Top Sirloin Steaks

• Flank or Skirt Steak

2. Slow-Cooking Roasts

Perfect for crockpots, Dutch ovens, and cold winter nights. These are usually packaged as 2.5 to 3 lb roasts.

• Chuck Roasts

• Rump Roast or Sirloin Tip Roast

3. Everyday Staples & Convenience Cuts

The old faithful cuts you rely on to put food on the table every day.

• Premium Ground Beef (at least 10lbs of ground!!!)

• Stew Meat

• Short Ribs

• Shanks (Osso Bucco)

• Cube Steak

All of this is in a single box, so it can fin in any freezer!
