We offer free delivery to drop-off points in Prince George, Kamloops and Vancouver, as well as surrounding areas. Please let us know where you are and we will organize something for you. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us right away and we will make it right with a refund or replacement.

A quarter of beef includes a variety of cuts. If you want to customize, please download the cut sheet below. We are happy to help you fill it out over the phone if needed.

We recommend leaving your meat in the fridge to thaw a day or two before you plan to cook it. Thawing meat too quickly can cause the meat to lose moisture retention, creating a dryer piece of meat.
